OE Development is our in-house development arm, and in select cases, our process for contributing equity or services into a project. We evaluate every opportunity from multiple perspectives, and in those we have a strong conviction and that are within our capital reach, we leverage our firm’s credibility and assets to ensure a capital stack comes together. As a boutique firm, we are very discriminating in those projects which meet our criteria, and limited in the number of concurrent projects able to be supported by OE Development.

As of 2024, OE Development is committed to two immersive food and beverage concepts and one hospitality concept, targeting 2025 and beyond for successful openings.
