Project 407: 200 Acre Experiential Development at I-40’s Exit 407 in Sevierville, TN
As the local Co-Developer for Kituwah, LLC of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, OE Experiences’
original scope was to assist with Blue Sky Development of the vision, the highest and best use of the property, and to source, vet and manage the business partners and local stakeholders to ensure a financeable and compelling concept.
Vision & Strategic Approach
Project 407 represents a rare opportunity between two vibrant, successful communities to combine their efforts into a unique, transformative and profitable development.
Our objective was to understand the goal, parameters of the development and stakeholder objectives to combine them into a Strategic Plan.
The key to any multi-disciplinary project is the right team and the right team ethos. We were tasked with sourcing, vetting and recommending the ideal partners to execute on the accepted concept.
Once selected, OE Experiences set to work with ensuring the vision was embraced by all levels of stakeholders.
High Fidelity Experiences
To meet Project 407’s objectives the development must offer best-in-class, transformative experiences.
Quality interactions will foster lifelong memories as guests participate in unique businesses that offer authentic moments to last a lifetime.
